Venetian Cityscape

In the spring of 2023, my wife and I took a trip to Italy for 2 weeks. It was the first time I had ever been there! I borrowed a camera (mine is so old it still uses film!) and took nearly 1200 digital photographs while there, many of which were in Venice. I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the architecture and surrounding landscape. In this painting, I really enjoyed capturing the water and stone work.
