Yes. In general, I require a 25% deposit upfront. The remaining balance would be expected once the customer is satisfied with the final painting.

Yes. I am open to revise or modify a commissioned painting at the request of the person(s) ordering the painting. In general, there would be no additional fees as a result except in rare situations where the revisions or modifications are extensive and very time-consuming.

Commissioned paintings are packaged, shipped, and insured. The shipping costs and delivery times would depend upon the size of the painting and to where it needs to be delivered. For local commissioned paintings, delivery would be in person.

Yes, gift certificates are available for classes and/or commissioned paintings. In general, these can be redeemed through direct e-mail.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for both classes and commissioned paintings are allowed with sufficient notice. For classes, 24 hour notice is required to be refunded. For commissioned paintings, orders can be canceled at any time without additional cost beyond the deposit. In order to have your deposit refunded, notice must be provided within 1 week of the order.
